I will repost this which was part of an earlier post:
This is a pink and the company never posted PRs that were anything more than potential and forward statements AKA hopes and wishes. Additionally, they were never current, never posted a legal opinion and never posted a full disclosure form and have a pretty big SS and float. All just facts and no bashing. So caution was and is warranted.
Some folks only buy Pinks that are current because much more info is disclosed. Otherwise it's a crap shoot in my book.
