Remember how Dean and Brian went ballistic when the FOIA unearthed their scam.............what an enjoyable moment that was. It amazes me how long it takes to get these scam artists into jail. The SEC have received hundreds of complaints against Dean Janes. Justice will be rendered but unlike the 50+ civil law suits that have all ended up as judgments against Janes forcing him to pay his creditors, the big one will be the criminal law suit filed against him for securities fraud. This one will put him in jail.
