I agree with you. SG has done a good job of reaching the goals he set earlier this year: Becoming fully reporting, reducing the outstanding share count, increasing revenues, changing the domain name and ticker symbol and a partnering with or acquiring businesses that fit in with The Directory.Com If he keeps making progress the pps shold be .01+ by year end and well over that by this time next year. IMHO

I don't think anything can be considered viable until actual legal SEC financials come out. Otherwise the company is still a huge gamble, not an investment. But then again, everything is a gamble, they just use the phrase 'investment' to make it sound sophisticated. Hope the company does well.
