The three plus's
Good management' good property' and financing. we have had the first two for over the last year' but have been missing the thrid.
The third is now coming on stream . This coming week all here on this board should see a big change in investors confidence'which will show in the price of the stock.

Being a "first class" investor also involves looking at the negatives as well, I thought the purpose of these boards was to help everyone with research on companies. A "first class" pumper only talks about the positives.

Yes it is good that they have a property, financing and management. But dont forget they also sold more shares to get that financing, which is better than not getting financing I guess.

Look at the strengths but evalutate the weaknesses, as that is where your success lies.
