Being a "first class" investor also involves looking at the negatives as well, I thought the purpose of these boards was to help everyone with research on companies. A "first class" pumper only talks about the positives.
Yes it is good that they have a property, financing and management. But dont forget they also sold more shares to get that financing, which is better than not getting financing I guess.
Look at the strengths but evalutate the weaknesses, as that is where your success lies.
