I considered transfering my Zecco to Scottrade but I called Scottrade yesterday and they won't take the transfer. You can buy these stocks with Scotty but you can't transfer them in, at least that's what I was told.

I've inquired about this kind of thing. I was told that if you bought them before they hit the list you should be okay. It still sucks though. I'd hate to get hit with a $700 fee for a stinky pink.
