cheyyene!.Nothing is added..but put as it is..and this is mandatory for OTC and SEC ..and is good.. especially when the company has plans to emigrate to a greater exchange which it will eventually!. The rules of emigration are also stringent and changed ..anything wilfully hidden by the company will sabotage those plans however bad the previous company was!.BMGI would have hidden its previous links or other nasties..and their intentions became reality which destroyed so many!.transperancy will send us to heaven!.
