Not even a question of transparency or whether or not its public knowledge that it was a reverse merger. Thats on the web site ,in PRs etc. In the history part of 10Q if its not required to tell the story of another companies unethical practices by many name changes, r/s then why do it....The qtr filings to many new investors, not me, others , you look at recent QTR news as this initial start to DD. If it looks bad many will leave. Thats sad.

If they choose to do DD they will easily find events of merger and im sure would love to contact PHAR to hear the words PHAR HAS ZERO RESEMBLANCE TO BMGI. THIS IS IN FACT IF ANYTHING ,ADD THIS INFO TO QTR 10Q IF THERE IS KNOW RULES OF WHAT COMPANY WANTS TO SHARE,
