Pennyheaven, thanks for the response. I think I could describe your thoughts well because I feel pretty much the same way. If I recall correctly, you posted earlier that you have a wife and a couple kids and would love to retire from the ratrace with NEOM's help. I'm in the same boat -- three kids, corporate job, wishing I had a million bucks to invest in low-risk fixed income investments (with a few g's on the side to play the pennystocks) so I could take on a more fulfilling, though possibly lower paying career. I think teaching high school accounting and coaching football and baseball would be nice!
