uksausage- I have to agree and disagree. I agree that the plant will take time to construct and there will be lag time until revenues start rolling in. I think all here know that is a given. I have to disagree on the impact of non dilutive financing. To call that a rarity in pinkieland is an understatement. To collateralize a loan of that size the company either has enough equipment on hand already or the principle(s) are pledging personal resources for this venture. In this economy of tight credit, no one will loan on simply a business plan with no collateral. I would like to know the whole story on the financing but when the legal authorized agent of the company publically states there will be no dilution because of it, that's OK with me.
