this has been discussed ad nauseum.

Scott is very aware of this.

That's why his first step was to reduce a/s by over 2 billion.

Scott has also stated, and it has been repeated MANY times on this board, that he intends to initiate buybacks as soon as the company reaches sustained profitability.

You need to give him a chance to execute his well laid out plans. He has been delivering in spades lately, and we all hope he can continue. But it's not going to happen overnight, so you need to be patient.

I don't think Atlanta could have said it better. You're worried about investors not hopping on board until this share structure gets cut down. During the last CC, Scott was already in early talks with an investor looking to invest $100 million. Share structure is important to bringing the PPS up, yes; however, a solid business model that can generate steady/increasing levels of income is much more important than the share structure and big time investors know this. You can have a slim and clean looking share structure up and down the board and your business can still fail like Blockbuster, the recent fall of Long Top Financial, and let's not forget about Enron while we're at it; all of these companies had strong share structure at one point or another and eventually flopped out to kill everyone's shares. I promise you that big time investors are much more worried about preserving their initial capital and that most of them are more than willing to take small steady gains with little risk over time compared to a slim chance at multiplying their money with a high risk of losing it all overnight.

A strong business model with steady income, potential for growth, and competent management will take a company much further than a buyback in the long run. Patience is what is needed. I don't understand why so many people come to the SEEK board to say that we're going nowhere. If that's how you really feel, other penny stocks that go through 2 week pump and dump volatile swings are more in your area. Take a look at MMTC, TVUS, and other recent large jumps that grew and fell 50%+ within a days trading time. That's not what long term traders are looking for.
