Can anyone explain how the Plastic2Oil subsidiary is owed $423,199 in Accounts Receivable (up from $413,943 for the same period in 2010)?

At $.69/ltr that's 613,332 liters (= 162,025 gallons = 3,858 barrels = 35.4 full day's production)
