Well Tex we don't agree. By same logic then if Joe was made legit CEO jan he could have approved the merger. Instead he blocked it. So what was the alternative more dilution. Hows Joe next round of dilution instead of merger working out lol. People who defend Joe make me lol. He is doinf same think Dean did and stock price doing same thing. Dropping with more dilution. That is what dean and joe as ceo's have in common that Jeff doesn't. It just shows with that timing that Joe showed up to blaock merger and start his dilution plans. Again happy with the result of Joe's work not me.
