The problem is none of us know the magnitude of the news. If we had a crystal ball, all of us would be rich! PPS always shoots up suddenly AFTER news is
released, otherwise it would be insider trading. Accumulate now and have no regrets later when it shoots up to .004 in one day and everyone is scrambling to jump on board the ship that has sailed. IMHO.
