In other words Bart and company could walk away with a pretty nice chunk of change and the rest of us (shareholders) are "SOL"! There's no nice way of saying it, the fact is that there's a good chance that Bart's flock of loyal shareholders will get screwed, period! You can bet that if this SEC matter looks hopeless or things become too costly, Bart could easily pack up shop and move on to the next latest and greatest thing.
