Hey Tink, little do investors know that the 15C-11 form isn't the only thing that has to be reviewed. 1,000 pages of attachments takes some time. But it's nice to know that FINRA had only a couple of general questions this last time around, so an uplist could very well be any day now.
If I was short in this stock I'd be very nervous of that "any day now" reality. I certainly wouldn't want to be chasing this stock when the news comes in.
