I think The only effect it will have on Grand Ent. will be that the share price will remain the same. Nada, Zip, Zilch, Zero. It hurts to see the share price up in print but it is what it is.

I'm not sure where you get your information from. The lawsuit between Big Lou and Lost City Records was "dismissed." If you go back to my first post you will see, you have to search the Miami Dade court website. There has been no information stating Grand Entertainment no longer owns 50% of Lost City Records. And since Big Lou is part of Lost City Records, then Grand should still have a part of anything Big Lou.

My guess is that previous volume which occured in April of 2010 happened because people thought Grand might get something out of the lawsuit which could have drove shares up. But since the lawsuit was "dismissed," volume subsided and the share price went back to where it is now.
