Hindsight being what it is they should have dropped it to 750MM when they did the decrease from 3 billion. Whatever number they pick just needs to cover what's left of the converts so we don't have to revisit this again...

i think that's a good guess, although my guess is the o/s stays closer to 350-400 mil, but just a guess
