I agree Btexpress10, there is no pending court date if you're not served papers. I believe we may get more clarification from MMTE as the process winds down. Yesterday's PR was a preliminary report for the benefit of shareholders. More information will follow (along with more land announcements soon imo).

Yeah remember when we found the site that said the plaintiffs filed the paperwork wrong. Most likely they never fixed it and it was just thrown out. This was one of the last issues we had in my eyes. The only thing I want to see now are the concentration levels and this thing should fly.

My facts have been checked and can be verified by the justia/Pacer websites:

Facts that cannot be argued according to Justia website:
1) Filing fees have been paid
2) Documents have been filed with the court
3) Preliminary date has been set

The Judge is the only one that will make the decision on this case and the evidence presented.

Now if the Plaintiffs show up and Defendant does not the Judge will postpone the hearing so the Defendant can be notified appropriately.

The lawsuit is real and verifiable; anything beyond that must be determined by the Judge.
