Lynn's "groomee" doin just fiiiine! LOL LOL
You think Lynn bailed out with his mil shares early on, knowing his "groomee" would implement his plan? How about COB Gamble, you think he's still holding those 3 mil shares? I guess no big deal for him because his "groomee" boy, after approval by the COB and HIS boyz, will be getting him back a big chunk of his lost money in the amicable "Opus deal". You think that supposdely brilliant Ironman fella, who's noteworthy achievement was making a killing on Enron, is still holding his 6 mil shares?
Every time I read the Opus deal I am shocked. Does it need shareholder approval? Surely some of us who have oil field experience and aren't incestuously connected at hip to both parties can come up with a arm's length "deal". Or, perhaps the best approach is to let Miller sue TIV and lets finally uncover any (if any exists) incestuous relationships between TIV Officers/Directors and the Opus members with regards to preferential treatment, using publicly unreleased well/property/deal information to trade on before the general public knows whats going on, etc, etc, all over the course of 10-15 years.
Of course this is simply my thoughts and opinions and no facts inserted regarding any of the above.
