Said they will be in court on Monday and they hope to have the buyout deal approved - he wasn't allowed to say directly if the commons would be saved, but reading between the lines (his words: "shareholders should be ok on this one, the only ones left are mostly the CEO and his family") i think we're all gonna come out of this looking golden.

Tried to get more info, but he was pretty tight with it. Seemed like a serious guy and not that i can read minds, but my best guess is that he was telling the truth. Trade accordingly! Holding all mine and added 200K on deep discount this morning :)
