No, that was not the guidance just the 10Q. With the other stocks I own, as it appears with FCPG, guidance is a separate matter, usually reported a day or two after the 10Q. If you look back at February of this year, FCPG released earnings Feb 22, but did the guidance on the 24th. The guidance is now becoming more important in some instances as analysts look to this for how the company expects to do in the coming quarter.
I am sure some companies do both at the same time, but FCPG it seems does not. If you look at the guidance from last February, the PPS moved more on the guidance than the actual report.
