Your right on that POPeye, this pig is maxed out to the moons heights, this has just gone over board with continuous BS, carrot chasing donkey's, even if you try to sell this POS at 2 no one will buy, I have had hopes for PHIN for two fraken years and it's just diluted to it's max, any smart investor who see's the AS and the Float will back off this BS.
