The company hasn't been sitting idle with the machine....the number of improvements is unreal...from injected additives on the fly to additional stacks capable of producing several different fuels on the same machine....not to mention residue is removed on the fly....and there's even a market for the residue as a fuel source.....

Processor Enhancement

The Company’s CEO designed further enhancements to the P2O processor in early 2011, including two columns supporting 4 catalyst trays. In addition, he added significant technology to guarantee fuel quality, along with installing an inline fuel additive injection system on both heavy and light fuel condensing systems. He has also engineered a hot-tap residue removal process. Quality control includes two columns for control and specificity of fuel fractions, a cyclone (particulate removal in vapor), fuel filters (particulate removal in liquid), and a centrifuge (additional redundant particulate trap), as well as column enhancements to guarantee particulate free fuel. Fuel additives are injected inline while fuel is being produced to increase their effectiveness. The new residue removal system works while the processor is running, so the reactor does not have to be cooled down or stopped to remove residue.

So, apparently, every time some big muckity muck like Chrysler or GM muscles in, JBII accomodates them by shutting down revenue generating processing in order to allow the 800 pound gorilla in the building free reign to do whatever is needed to lay the groundwork for future business relationships of significant size.

Yeah... seems entirely rational that, when you have only one processor and you have to do the "can I have your business" dance, you have to shut down productive endevours in favor of doing whatever is needed to land the big future customer.

Hence, interruptions in the revenue stream.

Pretty darn rational an explanation, if you ask me.
