I doubt if you will get any ruling from Walrath on the 24th. Minimum three weeks from then for her written opinion imho. I don't think she wanted oral arguments, so I would expect her to ask very few questions of those arguing. I could see her point blank asking the hedge funds, why wasn't this information material? But I don't expect any fireworks. Contrary to what we will hear on these boards, she will not show her hand. There are solid arguments against confirmation on many fronts. Stern has thrown a stick into the spokes of Rozen's plan. Whatever she rules, there will be a hearing at the appellate level and equitable mootness is no longer a threat imho.
