#32923 RE: skytrade604 #32922

This is a repost of a post I did earlier this month.

I think all new investors should look into following this advice and get more involved in the collective effort of stressing to the company how important it is to get the financials completed and released.

I have compiled a list of GRNO contacts including personal cell numbers and emails, I will be in contact with these people to get across how important this is to us shareholders and I hope all shareholders and potential investors on this board will do the same.

I don’t plan on selling a single share any time soon, but if large shareholders lose faith and no longer wish to wait it could be very bad for the stock and all shareholders.

Remember if you are a shareholder you are an owner and have a right to get information from these people.

I am sure the filings will be great. That's why they are taking so long. Is what people keep saying to themselves that are still in this?
What happens to the PPS when all the restricted stock sold to people comes of restriction? Does anyone predict a sustained rise in PPS above .21 or even past .15?

The financials have been "just around the corner" for well over 6 months. GRNO said they would release them as completed and not wait for the last to be done. Meanwhile, none have been released.

There are also questions about the distribution of shares to the CEO and subsequent sale of large numbers of those shares. The stock was also heavily promoted by Monk. 2 of the 4 stocks promoted by Monk as "Float Lock Downs" were suspended from trading and currently languish on the grey sheets.

I believe the lack of volume is supporting the price to a degree as those who bought moderate and large positions during the Monk days are forced to hold or take huge losses. Eventually however, many will lose patience or the SEC may step in and it will all be over.

All MHO, but this is far from a "sure thing", or even an opportunity from what I can see.
