Hi Willy, surely you have noticed UBSS pop up on the bid or the ask, usually with 600,000 shares, but always moves out of the way if the price is getting close. Today they were on BOTH the bid and ask, looked like they were boxing the stock, but neither side got filled. Does not appear that they have any intention of buying/selling stock.....just influencing the price. HDSN is now up to around 4.5 million shares sold and no buys. Keeping an eye on this and if they get past 18 million will report them for aiding sales of an undisclosed insider.
