Based upon Management's statement that we may be selling two drugs next year, an NDA must be filed by no later than mid year.

My opinion, however, and based upon full enrollment by the end of this month, is that an NDA will probably be filed in the first quarter of 2011, which would make it 18 months after the start of the trial.

Since Ariad stated(Investor Day,6-17-11)the following timeline,

-Complete Enrollment 3rd qtr
-Regulatory Filings Mid 2012

and I expect them to file a little early(end 1st to early 2nd qtr-

allowing about 6 months data, minimum), I think it's very probable that we'll see a product approval by late 2012(their prediction), or somewhat earlier(3rd qtr), if only because of the overwhelming clinical need.

However, if we see compassionate use instituted, it may happen a little later, because that would take the pressure(if any really exists???) off the regulatory agencies.
