1) Scott's expressed intent to buy back shares
Obviously, fewer shares raises the PPS. But, he would be forgoing current profits

2) the company's impending "hypergrowth" (Scott's word) period
That is where the independent view on PE comes in.

3) involvement of strategic partners, such as the $100 million company that Scott is in very early talks with
That depends on the structure. But, it would obviously increase revenues and , hopefuuly, profit.
