RDS I think your last post is misleading and 100% off-base. IFUE has filed for patents well before 04. They might have filed again but this isn't there first time filing. OF course you cant grant its own patent...we aren't that dumb on this board. IFT has had a patent pending for almost a DECADE. MY guess why a new patent was filed in 04' is that the old patent request probably expired.

I would beg to ask you is 50-60 MILLION enough money for R&D ... because that is what IFT is in the hole from shareholders money for R& D over the last deacde?
They have done more R& D than one can imagine over the last decade and for you to state that they are still in need of more and funds to establish this is flat out 100% WRONG. This isnt a new product...nothing new has changed with the application since it was first introduced. IFT has had the sales,mgmt and tomah in place for ever...R & D isnt holding back sales...PERIOD.
Please state the "Emerging industries" that all of a sudden have come to fruition in the last year or so....
I think IFT is trying to find new sources to try to peddle the juice since all of the inital sources for the application have passed. I think they are trying the ol' " Throw something against the wall until something sticks" formula.
