I don't know where the "not enough money" idea comes from. The car is simply not ready, I saw it. They were hard at it with great optimism last week when I visited the facility. It is far better to be fully prepared than to make a premature attempt.
Now, if their promise for a Florida run and October in Bonneville go unfulfilled, then I would question their word. Out of my entire portfolio, I have found Cyclone to be the most transparent, inspiring confidence.
