This is outright STEALING sir. Without any kind of previous warning they just go and tell you can't sell your shares without incurring in ridiculous fees? Come on WTF how can they get away with this kind of BS!?

Not only that; the only public non-DTC-eligible lists are whatever your broker wants to release, there is nothing of the sort in the DTCC website so keeping and up-to-date track of those stocks is impossible.

all one has to do is transfer to Fidelity, one can buy and sell SYNJ there... or one can wait until Brian gets it eligible, which will be soon IMO... He recently got everything up to date with Delaware SOS... things are progressing...
