It seems like the only two options were accept 15 million shares or sue TTIN for money which they would just bankrupt out of. I would take the sure thing. only thing to do is hope for the best but I think we all got burned by trusting Trina. I mean the guy cant even put out news like he promised. The only news that is coming is bad news inside the 10Q. The A/S increase, declining sales, and more distribution of sales/dilution.
