Picture if you will the IRS field auditor scrutinizing carefully a financial statement that seems to have a $100K or so hole in it as compared to tax filings and A/P. "Gee!", sez Mr. IRS, "That's a hundred grand more than they stole from us...I wonder where that money ended up? Excuse me, Mr. Brown? Mr. Harrs? I'm going to have to take a look at your personal bank account statements and tax filings for the last three years...". LMAO. IMHO.
