I think you're right, bad time to bail right now, so close to getting something worked out. I wonder what all that action was this morning? It looks like several trades up to 68,600 followed by one trade of 133,900 shares, if I'm reading this right. A major dumper or two, but also a buying op for someone. A major player here? Something coming to a head?
