Etrade is doing the same crap as scottrade is to "borrow" your shares, Fidelity doesn't clear their trades through the DTC like the other two do- so at least they don't have alterior motives with my shares, see what I am getting at????

I've called my Scottrade broker 3 times about this transfer problem, but they say it's due to the Transfer Agent not getting shares to Scottrade. Have you talked with your broker, and did they say the same things?
