Agreed - doubt I can get away from the East Coast to LaLa land for the meeting. Is very good to see that they intend to live-stream it. I know I will be watching.
Hopefully by then we will have a better on which foot we are standing regarding the assorted litigation as well - and the meeting can focus on the important stuff going forward.
Like - for example - getting re-uplisted, and actually holding a shareholders' meeting with important stuff LIKE voting on a board and officers going forward from this point.
Great News! I am gonna plan on attending. Last webcast that I watched went down 10 minutes into opening remarks. I was hoping they might hold the meeting in Dallas which is more centrally located and has an Aston Marten dealership for HR to brouse. I believe our Patent/SEC Law firm is located in LA primarily so this location was probably a good choice considering that.

I cannot believe the trading is down on this news either. They would have not scheduled and reserved a a very nice meeting place later than the trial datecome not knowing the outcome of the trial (unless they already know the outcome). This should be positive news. I put a sell in of 50k shares at .10 for the day that probably should be cancelled.
