Why would they say that on the Air?

Because they have NO market knowledge AT ALL...Just because some moron makes comments on the air doesn't mean it's ok. When a company has "Material Information" to release it MUST go out to the entire general public at the same time. Why would the Feds allow Bubba to release news only to the select investors listening to his show? They wouldn't...Bean needs to get control of his company or hurry up and get out of the way so someone that is qualified like Michaels and his group can run this company.
To be totally honest if I was the IWDM Attorney I would not allow the On-Air talent to speak about specific upcoming news at all - they could talk about it all day and night once the PR goes out, but until then they should just shut their mouths....Now that doesn't mean they can't be supportive of IWDM on the air, and it doesn't mean they can't show some enthusiasm towards the future of the company, but they MUST never release exact upcoming news. That's just the way the rules are, and if Bubba wants to be a Board Director he should learn the rules and act a bit more professionally. Having said that - In my opinion Bubba should NOT be a Director - he is NOT qualified, and I hope once Michaels and his team get in place they'll remove both Edwards and Bubba from the Board and replace them with seasoned qualified Directors...and to be clear - the Michaels rumor is just a rumor until a PR hits the wires, but when he gets taken around Tampa and introduced to people, and his guy(Chase) has been working daily at IWDM for months, and presented for IWDM at the Conference I think it's pretty easy to connect the dots...Connecting dots is perfectly legal, and in some circles is called doing your "Due Diligence"...In my opinion Bean is the real problem right now - not releasing a PR for approx 9 weeks is just a slap in the face of your investors, and probabaly shows just how little that idiot understands the markets. Like I said - the faster Michaels and his team get in here the better.
