When you have hacks like Newt Gingrich and Rick Perry attacking the Federal Reserve on a level that would make Gold bugs blush one thing can be certain. Gold is going to be a new standard as a storage of value. It is a matter of time and I am not talking decades. Now is the era of gold, more than any time in history. Either that or DC politicians are going to become fiscal hawks across the board. One or the other, I am betting on Gold (and silver)
