That's why I believe there is BIG news that hasn't been released yet. This PR today was just a formality of news MOST of us knew about last week. A lot of Volume has taken place in the past month and NOT I HUB Volume.. I believe were headed up and SOON.. Just my opinion but you just don't ever see many companies go anywhere from penny land..
