yes, i have read those. But it still does not come out and state they sold it at that price or any price for that matter.

Only way i read that is that it is a statement for the retail price. Nothing I have read can be interpreted as them selling one.

Maybe the next 10q, no it will have to be the one after the next, will have some sort of gross sales listed that would cover that price range.

I am sure I have read pretty much all of them and no mention of 'first sale'. If i have overlooked it, would appreciate date, and will go back and read it.

Not only is it wrong, you also misquoted it. 9,999 is just shy of 10 million, not 100 million.
