promotions can happen silently in stock trading forums and live chats, where a third party can pay for the promotion and no one has to disclose it except for the promotors, so unless you are checking through every penny stock promotors website to check for disclosures about what they have promoted in the past, then i would say its very possible ... IMO

im quite sure if anyone were to sell a couple hundred k every so often u could easily sell off a few mill shares in a year correct?

wouldnt that still add up over time?

i guess people need to keep being fed the adage of 1.00+ per share, but dont worry folks that endless amount of shares on the ask that you dont see, will always be there... nuff cheapies for all.
