It means another large pay out in the form of shares at the shareholder expense. ACTC will again have to further dilute by raising the AS#. Basically were Fu*ked. There was some unfamiliar language in the S8 that was different than the of contracts, "subject to adjustment for reverse and forward stock splits, stock dividends, reclassifications and the like". Don't really understand what it means. Could mean nothing, but hope there is a plan to off set the dilution with some other news.
