Technically you're right, but it was bought from (short?) sellers (manipulators?) dumping their shares.

This is going to bounce...and bounce big. The bounce will make this dip look very small and meaningless. It may have stung a little now but not for long. I expect the turn around to happen very very soon. Too many good things happening with PCFG. Only my opinion!
