Yes I am biased -- where I come from, once cheated/burned/lied to, we don't forgive and forget until the other party shows contrition and remorse, and stops doing the scam. Herzog has been running this game for years. I am still stunned you can call him a "man of his word" given how worthless his word has been. No one forces Hillard Herzog to be CEO of a public company and no one forces him to make PRs with false/misleading information. He ignores his fiduciary responsibilities to creditors and shareholders, and runs the little operation as a personal piggy bank and sole proprietorship. Its only the fact that investors have lost small amounts that this farce continues, for now. But the days are numbered. He isn't getting younger, and as the moribund trading shows, no one is taking the poisoned bait any more.
