GDTK I believe that they need to retire shares or cancel shares. They do not need to Reverse or do a forward split and I heard that from many people Al does not plan too. There is no need to do anything massive imo. This is a great company and it just needs it's time. There is a lot of solid information out right now and also it just needs that one piece of news that one eye catcher to make this explode the PPS...
