Well if you want to rant, do it with a direct email (with a receipt, so you know if they opened it or not) to RFMK themselves. It doesn't matter that they don't actually reply. If they see it that's enough.

Don't do it on this board where negative posts affect the psyche of many new investors. It will just hurt us it can't help, you know? That's all I'm saying.
