read my previous posts... VMSYQ in talk with company to take over VMSYQ maybe common will get stake in new company maybe they get nothing. But with the CEO investing 1.8mil in VMSYQ you would think he would like to get something to. Reorganisation plan is takeover imo. They are still in talk, that's why there where 2 extentions given by court. I expect another one on monday. gltu
