Since the stock is revoked, I'm wondering what you or anyone thinks could happen. The company offered the possibility of them coming back with a new registration. Perhaps that would be similar to what happened with HCCA cum NMCX...but the SEC would frown on such shenanigans these days.
That said, HCCA/NMCX were out and out scams, Haber, maybe not? They just never had a product good enough to get off the ground.
I followed it a little well over 10 years ago, but was unimpressed at the time. Easy to see why in hindsight.
