For the record, Equity Technologies & Resources, Inc., acquired Verified Prescription Safeguard, Inc., in 1999. The two companies have been one and the same ever since. ETCR is a Delaware corporation, VPS is a Florida corporation. ETCR owns VPS, which owns the intellectual property that is the basis for the VERISCRIP system. The VERISCRIP system was in turn licensed to VPS Holding, LLC, a private corporation formed for purpose of contracting with the Commonwealth of Kentucky. VPSH was subsequently acquired by Envoii Healthcare, LLC, as consideration for developing the implementing the VERISCRIP system. The license, however, is still held by ETCR/VPS. IMHO We have a winner here.
