RS always is a possibity in a RM....If it is a nice size company(I think it will be) I will not care....to 20 cents and higher we will go.....we always can dream of a billion dollar company coming in without a RS..
I think they filed for the possible R/S just in case they needed it once they found a merger candidate. I believe they are looking ahead for a move off the pinks and eventually up to the AMEX. If the merger candidate is strong enough and the merger goes through, a R/S would not be necessary if the share price moves up on it's own. It's a great little shell. Lots of good things can happen here. They are keeping current with filings which means they are serious about keeping the shell ready for a merger. They also remark in the 10-Q that they will only consider a merger candidate that has audited financials, which makes any potential candidates much more attractive to investors.
